Richard is development director at Radley Yeldar, the
creative communications consultancy. He heads up the agency’s
thinking on investor relations issues, advising on communications
strategy and the impact of new regulations. Prior to joining Radley
Yeldar, Richard ran his own investor communications consultancy and
spent ten years as a business journalist. He is the author of the
London Stock Exchange’s Practical Guide to Investor Relations.
Richard is a board director of the UK’s Investor Relations Society
and also sits on its Policy Committee.
